How do I activate my account?

We activate your account before we issue the Business Club card(s) to you – no further actions, enjoy our hospitality and collect you point when you pay.

How do I add points to my account?

When you make a purchase in one of our venues please hand over your Business Club card for your server to scan. If you do not have your card on you at the time, we can add your points using the code on your receipt. To do this, please email a copy of your receipt to rewards@truenorthbrewco.uk.

When can I redeem my vouchers?

Your vouchers will be added to your card on a quarterly basis (March / June / September / December). The points have a 6 month expiry date from the day they are loaded onto your account.

You can redeem them as frequently as you’d like, you could save up the vouchers and use them in bulk for your meetings & events or a bar tab on a sunny afternoon.

We have multiple cards how do we redeem vouchers?

The cards are for accruing points, we will send you an update of your points and your vouchers, points can only be redeemed on pre-booked visits with your Business Club representative.

My Business Club card is lost/stolen. How do I get a new one?

Please email your Business Club representative and they will issue you a new card.

 

Where do I find out about offers and promotions?

Please ask your Business Club representative, plus we will send you the occasional newsletters with exclusive offers!
