General booking information
Festive of 6+ we will require a £5pp deposit and you to submit your party’s pre-order online 7 days prior, when we will confirm your food service time. Full payment is required two weeks prior to your booking.* Areas/tables are only secured/confirmed when a deposit is paid. £20pp deposit is required to secure Christmas Day bookings and full payment is due by 11/11/2019 and no refunds will be given after this date.

Buffet
Can be out in your area for a maximum of 1.5 hours to comply with food standards. Food will be served* 30 minutes after booking time, unless an alternative time is agreed prior to event date. *Riverside Kelham will directly communicate individual buffet service times with the party organiser.
Food and drink
All our dishes are prepared and cooked in an environment with risk of cross-contamination from allergens. Further information is available, please speak to the manager. You are only permitted to consume food & drink purchased from this venue. Strictly no external food or drinks permitted.

Christmas Promotion
Cancellation
Deposits are not refunded, they’re deducted from the booking balance.
For bookings of 15+ guests; up to four weeks prior to event are fully refundable/transferable. Cancellations under 30 days including food and drinks no refund will be given.
For bookings of 1 -14 guests; Up to two weeks prior to event are fully refundable/transferable. Cancellations under 14 days including food and drinks no refund will be given.
Number Reduction
If you reduce your numbers from the initial booking, management reserve the right to retain your deposit and/or move your party to a more suitable area.
Events
Gin & Jazz

This is a ticketed event and tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
