CHRISTMAS BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Food and drink

All our dishes are prepared and cooked in an environment with risk of cross- contamination from allergens. Further information is available, please speak to the manager. You are only permitted to consume food & drink purchased from this venue. Strictly no external food or drinks permitted.

Children’s menu available for under 12’s only.

Buffets

Can be out in your area for a maximum of 1.5 hours to comply with food standards. Food will be served* 30 minutes after booking time, unless an alternative time is agreed prior to event date.

Bookings of 9 and under

No deposit is required. We kindly ask that you let us know as soon as possible should you be unable to attend.

Bookings of 10 and over

All bookings will require a £5 per person deposit and you may be asked to submit a pre- order at peak times. If a pre-order is required this must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to your booking. Areas/tables are only secured/confirmed when a deposit is paid. Cancellations under 48 hours no refund will be given, however you may transfer your booking to a different day.

Event and Package bookings

Full payment is required at the time of booking and you may be asked to submit a pre- order. If a pre-order is required this must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to your booking. Cancellations under 7 days including food and drinks no refund will be given.

Ticketed Events

All ticketed events and tickets are non-refundable under 48 hours. Ticketed events are non-transferable to other ticketed events however you will be offered a gift card valid for 1 year should you be unable to attend.

Christmas bookings under 25 people

All Christmas bookings will require a £5 per person deposit and you will be asked to submit a pre-order. Full payment and your pre-order is required to be submitted at least 14 days prior to your booking. Areas/tables are only secured/confirmed when a deposit is paid. Cancellations under 14 days no refund will be given, however you may transfer your booking to a different day.

Christmas bookings over 25 people

All Christmas bookings will require a £5 per person deposit and you will be asked to submit a pre-order. Full payment and your pre-order is required to be submitted at least 14 days prior to your booking. Areas/tables are only secured/confirmed when a deposit is paid. Cancellations under 28 days no refund will be given, however you may transfer your booking to a different day.

Christmas Day

All Christmas Day bookings will require a £20 per person deposit and you will be asked to submit a pre-order. Full payment and your pre-order is required to be submitted at least 14 days prior to your booking. Areas/tables are only secured/confirmed when a deposit is paid. Cancellations under 14 days no refund will be given, however you may transfer your booking to a different day.

New Year's Eve

All NYE bookings will require a £5 per person deposit and you may be asked to submit a pre-order. Full payment (and your pre-order should it be required) is to be submitted at least 14 days prior to your booking. Areas/tables are only secured/confirmed when a deposit is paid. Cancellations under 14 days no refund will be given, however you may transfer your booking to a different day.

Number Reduction

If you reduce your numbers from the initial booking, management reserve the right to retain your deposit and/or move your party to a more suitable area.

Offers

All offers can not be used in conjunction with any other offer. Management reserve the right to withdraw any offer at any time.

COVID 19 Cancellations

TNBC endeavour to be as reasonable as possible regarding full booking Covid-19 cancellations. Should you wish to cancel your booking for this reason without 14 days' notice, all our customers will be given the opportunity to transfer their booking to a date within one year of their original booking. If a member of your party should contract Covid-19 TNBC will do their best to fully refund you for that individual. This is subject to company discretion and your deposit may be retained. TNBC will always follow government guidance to ensure the safety of our teams and customers therefore, should we be instructed to close our venues all bookings will be fully refunded/transferred. If this is not the case our policy dependant on booking type above will apply.
