This month, we’re hosting our first ever International Food Week. This will be our fourth Food & Drink event of 2019 and will showcase the best of our chef’s culinary skills. From 24th to 30th June, taste the flavours of the world at a number of our venues.
During the week-long event, we’ll explore a wide selection of recipes using ingredients and cooking styles from countries all over the globe. Chefs at participating venues have prepared special menus that pay homage to iconic cuisines from areas such as France, Spain, India and
Here’s what our Executive Head Chef, Andy Burns said: “We wanted to go further afield with this Food Week and showcase some of our favourite international dishes. We’re taking customers on a journey of flavour and our chefs have been getting experimental crafting some beautiful recipes we know everyone will love; things like traditional Italian puttanesca and South American tapas.”
From 24th to 30th June, International Food Week specials will be available alongside standard menus at The Broadfield, The British Oak, The Blue Stoops and Riverside Kelham. The week is expected to bring in a lot of customers so diners are advised to book a table in advance.
