This year we’re bringing an old favourite foodie event back. Join us from 16th – 22nd September for Mussels Week where our chefs will be putting together a delectable specials menu using the finest Scottish mussels.
We’ll be serving hot bowls of plump mussels by the kilo or half kilo in a choice of sauces, all made in-house. Choose from:
• Beer battered mussels with black garlic alioli
A tasty small plate, perfect for snacking
• Moules marinière
A classic, creamy dish which perfectly complements the shellfish.
• Mussels with cider and pancetta
A slightly sweeter approach, with salty pancetta to complement.
• Mussels with sausage and beer
A hearty twist on a the classic!
• Mussels with white wine and saffron cream
The touch of saffron creates a lavish, delicious dish.
All are served with home made crusty bread, perfect for mopping up the sauces.
