10ml lemon juice
10ml ginger liqueur
100ml cloudy apple juice
½ tsp cinnamon
2 tsp dark muscovado sugar
1 slice of red apple
1. Mix the cinnamon and dark muscovado sugar together and coat the rim of a highball glass.
2. Pour all liquids into a Boston shaker filled with ice and stir for 30 seconds
3. Strain using a hawthorn strainer into a glass with ice.
4. Garnish with a red apple slice.
