50ml Sheffield Vodka
1 tbsp Sheffield Honey
12.5ml fresh lemon juice
50ml ginger beer
1 mint leaf
1. Add the Sheffield Vodka, honey and lime juice to a Boston shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake well for 30 seconds.
3. Strain using a hawthorn strainer into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with a mint leaf.
