How to make The Figgy Pudding Ingredients • 50ml Sheffield Dry Gin Spiced Fig & Victoria Plum • 150ml fresh orange juice • 2 cloves • 1 slice of fresh ginger • 2 tsp dark muscovado sugar • 2 thick wedges of orange • 100ml cloudy apple juice Method Heat all the ingredients in a pan and gently bring to a simmer. Once the mixture is steaming, pour it into a mug before serving.
