Eat Out to Help Out

You'll be pleased to know that selected True North Brew Co venues are taking part in the

Eat Out to Help Out scheme this August. Here's the low-down of what to expect and how we plan to keep you safe whilst you're visiting.

In August, 10 of our venues across Sheffield, Dronfield, and Barnsley will be open to the public again. Not all of them will be participating in the Eat Out to Help Out scheme due to temporary reduced opening hours.

At a quick glance, the venue's you'll be able to visit Monday - Wednesday and get 50% off food and soft-drinks are Forum Kitchen & Bar, Common Room, Riverside Kelham, The Crown & Anchor, The British Oak, The Broadfield, The Waggon & Horses , The Punch Bowl and The Blue Stoops.

How will the 'Eat Out to Help Out' scheme work?

On Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays throughout August you'll be able to get a 50% discount on sit-down meals and non-alcoholic drinks. We're not capping the discount and it will be applied automatically when you pay. How many times can I use the 'Eat Out to Help Out' discount? You can use the discount as many times and in as many participating venues as you want. What about True North rewards vouchers? Vouchers can't be redeemed in conjunction with this offer and the discount won't be applied on items already discounted. Reward points will still be earnt on the discounted price paid. Will the 'Eat Out to Help Out' discount be limited to certain dishes? No. The discount will be applied to the entire eat-in menu.

Can I get a discount when I collect my food to take home?

50% off is only available for sit-down meals in our venues. We cannot give a discount on collection or delivery.

There are a number of changes being made to our operations in order to keep customers and staff safe.

At the forefront of our minds when making decisions is that COVID -19 is still in circulation and presents a risk. At every stage, we have evaluated how we can prevent transmission of the virus and minimise the risk presented to our staff and customers.

Some of the measures we have put in place are:

  • Enhanced cleaning regimes

  • Distancing measures

  • Hand sanitiser freely available

  • Increased order at table availability

  • One way systems

  • Staff safety training

  • Screens at direct contact points

We also recommend reading our COVID-19 policy statement and further information about how we are supporting the NHS Test and Trace

If you'd like to see what's on the menu or book a table for your 50% off feast- click on the images below. *Please note Riverside Kelham doesn't take table bookings.

Hello @strangepork,

The Blue Stoops is currently operating temporary opening times from Thursday – Sunday. Meaning that they won’t be open on the days that the scheme is running.

So why not The Blue Stoops? Will you be adding this venue to the Eat Out to Help Out scheme at any time?
