Provenance Week at True North


It's no secret that we're blessed with an abundance of top-quality local produce here in Yorkshire, so we've decided to dedicate a whole week to our Yorkshire provenance!


Join our participating venues from the 15th - 21st of May as they serve up dishes made from the finest local ingredients.


To give you a taste of what's to come, The Broadfield in Nether Edge will be serving up Smoked Trout - freshly caught in Ladybower Reservoir, and a True North beer-fed Wagyu beef burger. All washed down with a Darkwoods coffee made with Our Cow Molly milk.
