We've teamed up with Sheffield confectioners, Simpkins, to bring you our first limited edition Sheffield Dry Gin flavour of 2021.
Simpkins is a family-owned business, based in Hillsborough and this year, they are celebrating a huge milestone! Simpkins have been manufacturing confectionery in Sheffield for 100 years and their most popular product, Nipits, is the inspiration behind the collaboration. An Old Tom is a timely mother's ruin, known for its sweet side, usually made with sugar or liquorice. We've used Simpkins' liquorice Nipits in our recipe to bring you a traditionally sweetened, celebratory Old Tom gin.
