Forget Yorkshire day, this year it's all about Yorkshire Week.

From the North Yorkshire Moors to the Yorkshire Dales, this magnificent slice of England is home to some of the most beautiful views and some even more beautiful dishes!

That's why from Monday 1st - Sunday 7th August we're bringing you a week long celebration of recipes that make world famous food and put Yorkshire on the map.

If you're looking for fish and chips that challenge the likes of Whitby, curries inspired by the curry capital of the UK, Bradford, and of course not forgetting everyone's favourite... the Yorkshire pudding, you're in the right place at True North, where our chefs will be serving up some lovely Yorkshire treats, all week long!
