ART GALLERY TO OPEN IN FORUM ARCADE

A new Sheffield focused Art Gallery is coming to the Forum shopping arcade on 28th August.

Twelve Sheffield Artists will work in the space over twelve months, experimenting and expanding their output, creating an original exhibition. All artwork will be available for sale, from original paintings and drawings to prints and reproductions. There will be something for every aspiring collector or art fan.

The first Artist Oli Frape opens with an exhibition “Summer of Love’. Created against a backdrop of social distancing and a divisive political climate, this brand new collection of works celebrates unity, positivity and openness by using bold colours and optimistic language from the summers of our past. Oli has spent the last decade crafting a career as a commercial lettering artist leading him to work with prolific global brands including Absolut Vodka, AMEX, VW, The Guardian and Mercedes Benz.

Oli Frape’s ‘Summer of Love’ exhibition opens on the evening of the 28th of August and will be on view till the end of September.

Public access to Artcade will be every Saturday 10am - 6pm.
