We know how hard hospitality staff work – that’s why we offer the True North Industry Discount to support those who keep the local scene buzzing. If you work in a pub, bar, restaurant, or café in Sheffield or Barnsley, you can enjoy discounts at selected True North venues as a small thank you from us.

Don’t have a fob yet?
No problem – just speak to a member of the management team at any participating venue and have proof of where you work with you and they’ll get you sorted.
It’s our way of giving a little something back to our fellow industry workers – because great hospitality deserves great hospitality.
To access your discount, you’ll need a valid True North key fob. Show it to a team member when ordering, and on some occasions, you may be asked to provide proof of where you work in addition to your fob.

Industry Discount – Conditions of Use

The True North industry discount is available to hospitality workers in Sheffield and Barnsley who hold a valid True North key fob.

The key fob must be presented at the time of ordering to receive the discount.

On occasion, staff may request additional proof of employment in the hospitality industry (e.g. a recent payslip or staff ID).

The key fob is for the sole use of the person it was issued to and must not be shared. Misuse may result in the fob being cancelled.

Discounts apply to selected products or services and are subject to availability.

Venue managers reserve the right to refuse discount or service at their discretion.

Discount offers may vary by venue and can be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice.
