Ingredients
50ml of Grapefruit and Cardamom Gin
75ml grapefruit juice
25ml simple syrup
50ml Soda water (or, if you want a little more sparkle, you can use Sheffield Champers!)
Method
Add the gin, grapefruit juice, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker, add ice, and shake. Strain into a highball glass and top with soda water, ice, a grapefruit slice, and a sprig of rosemary.
