1st – 30th September 2026
Dust off your walking shoes, round up your mates and clear some space in your September calendar – the Sheffield Half Pint Marathon is back for another month of great pubs, local beer and Sheffield pride.
Returning for the whole of September, the Half Pint Marathon 2026 is your chance to explore some of Sheffield's best independent pubs, taprooms and bars while helping raise money for an amazing local charity, Sheffield Mind.
Whether you're a seasoned Half Pint Marathon veteran or joining in for the very first time, there's no pressure to race around the city. You've got a whole month to discover new venues, revisit old favourites and enjoy everything that makes Sheffield's independent scene one of the best in the country.
Getting involved couldn't be easier. From 1st September, simply pop into one of the participating venues and pick up your sticker card. Then it's over to you. Take on the full marathon, aim for a handful of venues, or just use it as the perfect excuse to explore somewhere you've never been before.
Every participating venue will be pouring one of the official Sheffield Half Pint Marathon beers from Abbeydale Brewery, with 25p from every pint donated to Sheffield Mind. Not a beer drinker? No problem. You can still support the charity by dropping 25p into one of the collection tins or donating online.
Last year, together we raised more than £5,000 for Sheffield Mind. With even more venues involved this year, we're hoping to make 2026 our biggest event yet.
We'll be revealing the full list of venues, official beers and a few surprises very soon, so keep an eye on our social channels for all the latest updates.

We are planning our annual summer road trip through the Lake District and needed to check the local traffic updates before setting off. I found a great community update called road news kirkstone pass on the ODG website, which explains all the current diversions and overnight closures. While sitting on the couch on a Virgin Media connection in Nottingham and looking at these route maps, I opened https://westacecasino-gb.uk/ on my phone to check my balance and pass some time before dinner. It is always better to know the highway conditions in advance to avoid getting stuck in remote mountain areas.
