Summer is finally here and like you, we are ready to bask in the glory of the pub garden. Although Summer in the UK doesn't guarantee great weather, it's our best bet, so lets keep our fingers crossed for a belter and get clued up on True North's hottest spots.

Picture the scene... it's a Saturday afternoon, the sun is shining and you've got nowt important to do. Here's our top picks of beer gardens to squeeze the most out of every moment of it...

The Waggon & Horses - Millhouses, Sheffield

Backing onto Millhouses Park and serving up a great selection of coffee and ice cream straight from the alfresco bar alongside top drawer food and drinks from the pub, this one is a Summer must!

The Milton Arms - Elsecar, Barnsley

Grab a bench at The Milton Arms terrace for a private pocket in the heart of Elsecar. Come rain or shine, they have you covered!

Riverside Kelham - Kelham Island, Sheffield

Sat alongside the River Don with lots of seating and good vibes, and even an outdoor bar, Riverside Kelham is an essential Summer spot. If the weather isn't playing ball too, there's plenty of coverage to keep you dry.

Overlooking rolling hills and perfectly positioned for sunset, you'd be challenged to find a more picturesque garden than The Crown & Anchor's.

The York - Broomhill, Sheffield

Size doesn't matter when it comes to a garden at The York. The recently renovated 'secret gin garden', coupled with a sexy new Hendrick's menu ticks all the boxes for a lovely drink in the sun.

The Blue Stoops - Dronfield

The Blue Stoops terrace is the perfect place for an evening tipple, with a selection of excellent craft beer and cocktails.

The Punchbowl - Crookes, Sheffield

A recent and welcomed addition to The Punchbowl, the decking area offers over 25 tables for you to enjoy the sunshine all day long.

Forum Kitchen + Bar - Division Street, Sheffield

Pull up a deck chair, grab a cocktail and soak up the vibes at the Forum's terrace. The perfect place to kick off a night in town or to simply quench that afternoon thirst.

The Broadfield - Nether Edge, Sheffield

An absolute classic in the True North pub gardens and a great place to sip the day away. If the weathers not on your side, you can always order a Yorkshire pudding and take cover under that.

Hello everyone from the UK! Friends recently recommended this platform to me, saying it's pleasantly user-friendly and stable. I'm usually skeptical of such recommendations, but this time I decided to check it out for myself. I was pleased that all the sections are logically laid out, the pages load quickly, and the mobile version works just as well as the desktop version.

Now I understand why the service gets good reviews. For UK katana spin casino users, it's especially important when a platform combines a clear interface, modern functionality, and ease of use on any device 😀

The UK weather is unpredictable, with alternating sunshine and rain, much like figuring out the letters in Quordle today, but choosing the right sunny balcony or deck spot at The Punchbowl is all you need for a perfect day. Save this list and conquer the summer!

I love the idea of spending a sunny Saturday afternoon in a welcoming beer garden like The Waggon & Horses. The combination of great food, refreshing drinks, and a location next to Millhouses Park sounds perfect for making the most of the summer weather. Looking at spots like this reminds me of the fun and relaxing vibe I get when playing Slope Rider—simple, enjoyable, and a great way to unwind. I’d definitely add this place to my list of summer destinations!

Found this while searching for ideas for a cosplay identity. The star wars name generator gave me a few surprisingly cinematic names that actually sound memorable.
