Amadora Art at Forum: A Sheffield Icon Captured in Paint

We’ve teamed up with Sheffield-based artist Amadora to create something very special – a brand-new painting of Forum. The artwork was commissioned by True North Brew Co. owner Kane Yeardley, with Forum holding a special place in the True North story as his very first venue.

35 years on, Forum has become part of Sheffield life, with countless coffees, lunches, nights out, first dates, celebrations and memories made within its walls and overlooking Devonshire Green.

Amadora is known for her colourful paintings of familiar Sheffield places, including The Leadmill and Riverside Kelham, making her the perfect artist to capture Forum and everything it represents.

Join us for the launch

We’ll be unveiling the finished painting at Amadora Art at Forum – Painting Launch Night on Thursday 22nd October from 6.30pm.

Come along to see the new Forum painting, meet Amadora and explore a selection of her other Sheffield artwork, with pieces available to purchase on the night.

There’ll also be welcome drinks on arrival while you enjoy the exhibition.
