How to get a Sunday roast takeaway or home delivery in Sheffield

On a Sunday in Sheffield, you would typically pop to your nearest True North Brew Co venue for a delicious roast dinner with the family. But the recent lockdown means we've got to do things a little differently around here to give you the perfect end to the weekend.

We know that in terms of uncertainty, familiarity can be comforting and with the launch of our collection and delivery hub, True North at Home, we can now bring you a Waggon and Horses Sunday roast to your kitchen table.

The quintessential roast with all the trimmings is available on Sundays between 12pm and 5pm . Select from a choice of 28 day aged British sirloin beef, Moss Valley pork, half roast chicken, as well as a selection of Sunday pies. The no-meat options are nut roast or a curried sweet potato, chana dal and spinach pie. All served with roasted potatoes, root vegetables, greens, Yorkshire pudding and real or vegan gravy.

Homemade cheesecakes are for dessert and at a bargain of £4.50 each, you won't be able to resist the happiness of lemon and lime curd, mint aero rocky road, raspberry gin, or dark chocolate and honeycomb. There's red, white and rose wines as well as fizz, gin, beer and soft drinks to help you wash down your epic Sunday roast.

We are even giving you 10% off when you collect your food (contact-free) from Forum Kitchen + Bar (S3 7SB). Simply enter the code 'Take10' when you order here.

If staying cosy in the house is more your cup of tea, then you can choose delivery via Uber Eats or Deliveroo (pssst. City Grab is coming soon!) and have your Sunday roast feast delivered to your door. You need to live within 5 miles of Forum Kitchen + Bar to qualify for delivery.

NHS staff are eligible for a 25% off discount when collecting their order and on the production of valid I.D. To receive the discount, enter the code NHS2020 when you place your order here.

Happy Sunday!

Loved the convenience of getting our Sunday roast delivered straight to the table! The beef was perfectly cooked and all the trimmings were fresh. After dinner, it's the perfect time to wind down with a brain teaser like an arrow puzzle. Highly recommend the collection deal!

This True North at Home service sounds like a fantastic way to keep the Sunday roast tradition alive during lockdown! The variety of mains, vegan options, and homemade cheesecakes make ordering a real weekend treat. While cozying up and waiting for your delivery, I highly recommend passing the time with fish eat fish for some quick, lighthearted fun. Enjoy the feast!

My younger brother found eggy car last weekend and now the whole family is competing for high scores. Funny concept, but the gameplay is actually pretty solid.
